HOTEL PET FRIENDLY

RATE $50,000 per pet per night + 19% Tax

*The rate also applies to pet dogs.

RULES AND POLICIES HOTEL CHICAMOCHA PET

1. Maximum 2 pets per room of 8 kilos EACH.

2. The rate is $50,000   tax, for the right of stay and cleaning policy. (base)

3. Additional value per pet $ 50,000

4. Dogs and cats are considered pets.

5. All pets must have their vaccination record, this will be filed from their first visit to achieve better control as a benefit for all.

6. Pets must have a collar and leash and it will be the responsibility of the owner to have it located at all times.

7. When the animal is not in the room, you must notify the staff to clean it.

8. The pet must be clean, free of fleas and ticks, up to date with its vaccinations and deworming.

9. The pet can only be inside the room and in the common passage areas to access it. It is forbidden to enter the rest of the interior spaces such as the restaurant area, zaborarte, swimming pool, terrace, candelazo bar, old town and el hollow bar.

10. It is not allowed to bathe the pet in the bathroom or shower in the rooms, nor can the hotel towels be used to dry it.

11. Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of its owner. The space and tranquility of other guests must be respected.

12. It is the owner's responsibility to collect the feces of their dogs. Please be a responsible master.

13. Pets can NOT be on top of the beds.

14. If you are going to leave the hotel, your pet will not be left alone in the room unless they are in a cage and you will have to notify reception.

15. All damage or destruction caused inside the rooms will be fully covered by the owner before the check out.

16. The hotel is not responsible for the pets that stay, it will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the owner.

*The hotel reserves the right not to admit pets that cause inconvenience to other guests or have inappropriate behavior in our facilities.
